T&B ON INSTAGRAM “YOUR SUMMER DRESS”

1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY:
TINTA STYLE SL, with registered office at C/ Tulipero, 16, 28044 Madrid, with CIF B87171468 and owner of the TINTA STYLE SL brand (hereinafter "T&B"), organizes the free draw without obligation to purchase called "YOUR SUMMER DRESS" (hereinafter "the Draw"), in order to select 1 person as the winner of a model from a selection of the spring-summer 2022 dress collection, https://tintaybariloche. com/collections/vestidos , in accordance with the requirements described in these Bases.

2.- DRAW CONDITIONS:

• Be of age.
• Comply with the conditions that will be written at the bottom of the photos published on 07/05/22 by T&B on their Instagram account on the occasion of the contest

  YOUR SUMMER DRESS:

• Like the photo posted on Instagram.
• Owning a public profile on Instagram.
• Follow @tintaybariloche on Instagram.
• Comment on the published photo tagging three (3) friends.

Only the participation that has met the requirements provided in the current Bases will be considered by the Organizer. Each comment will count as an individual participation as long as the person/friend tagged is not repeated.

• Time scope: The giveaway will start the same day that T&B publishes the post related to this giveaway on its Instagram account. Likewise, the draw will end on Sunday , July 10, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. The winner will be chosen on Monday, July 11, 2022 . No participation will be admitted outside of these dates.
• Territorial scope: exclusively in the national territory of Spain, where T&B sells online.

3.- PRIZE:
The prize of this raffle consists of being given a dress from the new spring-summer 2022 collection from the following category on the website: https://tintaybariloche.com/collections/vestidos

The prize cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money.

The model selected by the winner of the spring-summer 2022 collection will be subject to stock availability. If there is no size for the specific model, the winner will be able to choose another product from the DRESSES category on the T&B website: https://tintaybariloche.com/collections/vestidos

4.- WINNER DRAW:
The draw to name the winner will be held on 07/11/2022 . To carry out this draw, T&B will randomly choose, from among all the profiles that have commented on the publication and that meet the conditions indicated in section 2 of these legal bases, 5 winners and another 5 reserve persons .

The winner will be contacted by direct message through the Instagram social network the same day the draw is decided. In the event that the winner does not respond to the above message within 48 hours of notification, or if the winner rejects the prize for any reason, T&B will choose the next reserve winner.

In the event that the prize is rejected by the winner and all the reserves, the Draw will be declared void.

5.- IMAGE RIGHTS
T&B is not responsible for the treatment of the images that the participant himself has in his public Instagram profile, images that can be seen by any user of this network and that in no case will T&B use for commercial or advertising purposes.

The treatment of these images corresponds to Instagram, the social network through which this draw takes place, and whose conditions and privacy policies and image rights have been previously accepted by the users of said platform.

6.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
All personal information provided, voluntarily, will be used by TINTA STYLE, SL (Responsible for Treatment) for the purposes described in the draw bases.
The data collected may be transferred to all those entities that collaborate in the organization of the promotion, to the Public Administrations in the cases provided for by the Law and to the Treatment Managers, where appropriate.

7.- ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND RESPONSIBILITY.
1. The mere fact of participating in the Draw implies full acceptance of these Bases.
2. TINTA STYLE reserves the right to modify the Draw Bases, partially or totally, at any time. Likewise, it also reserves the right to cancel it or leave the prize void in the event of any irregularity being detected. Once any modification has been made, it will be duly brought to the attention of the participants on the TINTA STYLE website.
3. TINTA STYLE reserves the right to exclude from participation in the Draw all those participants who, it deems, are breaching any participation condition included in these Bases. The exclusion of a participant, whatever the cause, entails the loss of all rights derived from their condition as such.
4. Any abusive or fraudulent use of these Bases will lead to the consequent disqualification of the participant in the Draw.
5. TINTA STYLE is exempt from any responsibility in the event of an error in the data provided, if any, by the winners themselves that prevented their identification.

8.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These Bases are subject to Spanish legislation. Any claim related to the Draw must be sent in writing to TINTA STYLE SL., to the attention of the TINTA STYLE Marketing Department, at the following address: C/ Tulipero 16B, 28044 Madrid (MADRID) Spain, before thirty (30 ) days after the deadline for participation in the Sweepstakes. In case of controversy in the application or interpretation of these Bases and in the absence of an amicable agreement, all litigation will be subject to the courts of Madrid.
