Introduction
These General Purchase Conditions regulate the use of the website tintaybariloche.com (hereinafter "website") owned by TINTA STYLE, SL (hereinafter "TINTA STYLE") under the trademark Tinta | Bariloche.These conditions will remain published on the website available to the user to reproduce and save as confirmation of the contract, and may be modified at any time by INK STYLE. The use by the client of the services of the Tinta&Bariloche store presupposes, in any case, adherence to the General Purchase Conditions. It is the responsibility of the user to read them periodically, since those that are in force at the time of purchase will be applicable. Object of the contract
The purpose of this contract is to regulate the contractual relationship of purchase and sale born between TINTA STYLE and the user at the moment in which the latter accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process. The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery, in exchange for a determined price and publicly displayed through the website, of a specific product.

Unless specifically stipulated in writing, placing an order with TINTA STYLE will imply acceptance by the user of these legal conditions. No stipulation made by the user may differ from those of TINTA STYLE if it has not been expressly accepted in advance and in writing by TINTA STYLE. - PURCHASING PROCESS
You can access the items offered on the TINTA STYLE website through its different sections.
If you are interested in any product, you can press or click on it, accessing the description of the product and its characteristics.
To purchase the item, you must select the product options that are provided (such as features, color, size, etc.) and add it to the basket, as long as it is available. To add any other product to the order, you must repeat the process.
You can see the items added to your basket in the upper right corner under the "My basket" icon. From the basket you have the option to add any specification that you consider regarding your order.
Before making the payment you will be able to see the item(s) added to your basket, with the possibility of adding more items or removing the items added.
The baskets do not have any administrative link, it is just a section where you can simulate a budget without any commitment from both parties.
To continue you must click on the "PAY" button from your basket and continue with the following steps for the correct formalization of your order:

TINTA STYLE is responsible for economic transactions and enables the following ways to pay for an order:

Payment will only be accepted with Visa, MasterCard and/or American Express bank cards.
If you choose this form of payment, you are guaranteeing that you have full authorization to use the card in the purchase process.
The charge on the card will be made in real time through the virtual POS of the bank, once the correctness of your data has been verified.
We will not store any of the card details.
At the time of processing the order, the card data will be transmitted encrypted and in an absolutely secure manner, with the sole purpose of making payment to the financial institution for the amount corresponding to the order placed.
The cards will be subject to verification and authorization by the issuing entity, but if said entity does not authorize the payment, we cannot consider the purchase contract formalized. TINTA STYLE uses secure payment systems from the financial institution La Caixa.
Confidential payment data is transmitted directly and encrypted (SSL) to the corresponding financial institution.
For payment with Visa and MasterCard cards, TINTA STYLE only accepts CES (Secure Electronic Commerce) transactions with the international 3D Secure protocol that is distinguished by the Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode emblems. When making the payment through the payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce.
Next, it will connect with the issuing bank, which will request that it authorize the operation by means of a personal authentication code.
The operation will only be carried out if the bank issuing the credit card confirms the authentication code.
Otherwise, the transaction will be rejected.
-PayPal:
If you have a PayPal account or using your card, you can use this means of payment.
In the same way, if you make the payment through this system, you are confirming that you have full authorization to use the PayPal account.
- Payment cash on delivery:
You must pay the amount of the purchase to the courier of the transport company, at the time of delivery of the contracted product, plus the shipping costs, as well as, where appropriate, a commission that will be expressed during the purchase process -and which will be stated in the purchase confirmation detail.
Said commission is the amount that we have to pay the transport company for the management of the cash on delivery delivery.
The user may use a discount coupon at the time prior to completing the purchase if they have received it from TINTA STYLE. - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Currently the items offered through this website are available for shipment to: Spain (except the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Portugal (except the Azores and Madeira).
The order will be delivered within an approximate period of between 1 and 2 working days with a maximum of 6 days if there is any unforeseen event, in which case the user will be informed.
The delivery of orders will be made at the postal delivery address that the user has designated. In no case will orders be delivered to post office boxes or hotels. The delivery will be made by the transport and/or logistics company contracted by TINTA STYLE for this purpose (GLS or Correos Express).
The shipment will be made once the availability of the merchandise has been confirmed and the payment of the order verified.
Lack of execution of the distance contract
In case of not being able to execute the contract because the contracted product or service is not available within the stipulated period, the user will be informed of the lack of availability and that he will be entitled to cancel the order and receive a refund of the total amount paid. without any cost, and without any liability for damages attributable to INK STYLE.
TINTA STYLE will not assume any responsibility when the delivery of the product or service does not take place, because the data provided by the user is false, inaccurate or incomplete.
The delivery will be considered made at the moment in which the carrier has made the products available to the user and the latter, or his delegate, has signed the delivery receipt document.
In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will try to contact it and make a new delivery attempt the next day. After two failed attempts, the client must contact the transport agency. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will return to the warehouse of origin and the money will be returned to the customer.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €50. Lower orders will have a shipping cost from €3.95, which will be calculated and we will show you before making the payment.

- LEGAL GUARANTEE
We will deliver the products that are in accordance with the contract, that is, that they conform to the description made, to the possible specifications made by you and that have the qualities of the product that has been presented through the website and we will respond for any lack in accordance that exists at the time of delivery of the product.
In accordance with the provisions of articles 97.1.m) and 123 of the TRLGDCYU, we remind you that we will be liable for any lack of conformity of the products that manifest within a period of three years from delivery.

In accordance with the provisions of article 108 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, you will be responsible for the decrease in value of the goods resulting from a manipulation of the same other than what is necessary to establish their nature, their characteristics or their operation.

Once your order is received, you have 30 calendar days to exchange or return the products you want, as long as they have the label, have not been used and are in perfect condition.

In a period of less than 2 business days we will confirm the return of your order and we will set the date of collection of the package at your home, the agency will be in charge of collecting it and sending it to us.
Once it reaches us, we will check that all the items are in perfect condition and we will proceed with the corresponding refund that you will receive within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. In the case of a change, once the order is received we will proceed with the shipment of the new articles.

Transportation costs added to the return of the items
will be borne by us as long as the product is in
perfect condition and is returned from the same country to which it was
originally sent.
- Changes:
If you want to make a change of size or item, you have a free first change every time you place an order, the rest will have a cost of €4.95 that will be discounted at the time of making the refund.
*In case of exchange for a different item, it must have the same or lower PVP. If it is less, we will refund the difference. If the amount is higher, you will have to place a new order and we will refund the full amount.

Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Art. 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free access platform for the resolution of online conflicts between the user and the provider, without the need to resort to the courts of justice, through the intervention from a third party, called the Dispute Resolution Body, which acts as an intermediary between the two. Compliance by TINTA STYLE of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. TINTA STYLE will inform the client of such an act of God or force majeure within seven days after its occurrence. Any payment made to TINTA STYLE entails the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user or the company name that he/she has informed at the time of placing the order. During sales campaigns, no additional discount may be applied to the price of the discounted product. That is, the discounts are not cumulative.

These conditions will be governed or interpreted in accordance with Spanish legislation in that which is not expressly established.
