  4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY OF ORDERS

    The delivery will be considered made at the moment in which the carrier has made the products available to the user and the latter, or his delegate, has signed the delivery receipt document.

    In case of not being able to make the delivery due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will try to contact it and make a new delivery attempt the next day. After two failed attempts, the client must contact the transport agency. If the delivery cannot be completed, the order will return to the warehouse of origin and the money will be returned to the customer.

  5. LEGAL GUARANTEE

  7. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

    Once your order is received, you have 30 calendar days to exchange or return the products you want, as long as they have the label, have not been used and are in perfect condition.

    Transportation costs added to the return of the items

    Compliance by TINTA STYLE of all or part of its obligations will be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure that prevents or delays compliance. They will be considered as such, in particular, without this list being exhaustive: war, a pandemic, riots, insurrection, social unrest, strikes of any nature and supply problems not attributable to INK STYLE.
